Put it on the Home Screen
Hierax is a browser app, not an App Store download. The Home Screen icon is the app. Close a Safari or Chrome tab and the timer is gone until you find the link again.
iPhone
Open the app in Safari. Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Open it from the icon after that.
Android
Open the app in Chrome. Use the browser menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
What it keeps
Strings, drills, and scores stay on that phone. It works offline after it has loaded once.
What it is not
Not a match clock and not official USPSA, IPSC, or IDPA scoring. Hit factor and time-plus are practice numbers.
